The Need for Private Support
There are many areas at OU where private gifts can make a profound difference in the lives of our students and faculty. Because of private support, we have resources available to support scholarships, technology updates, and educational opportunities.

Colleges & Programs
Since 1979, the University of Oklahoma President’s Associates program has connected alumni and friends of the University who share a collective passion for and commitment to OU. In an ever-changing environment, their annual leadership donations support the mission of the University in promoting efforts to help students achieve their educational goals.
Faculty and Staff Giving
In 2018, more than 2,380 faculty, staff and retirees banded together to raise more than $3 million for a variety of OU programs. Current OU faculty and staff can make a gift via payroll deduction, online or by check.
Women's Philanthropy Network
The mission of the OU Women’s Philanthropy Network is to promote philanthropic education, leadership and advocacy by empowering women to be active participants in the giving process. The WPN collaborates with different organizations and programs across campus and in the local community to host educational and networking events throughout the year.
