Matt Montgomery, Director

Matt Montgomery is a fourth generation graduate of the University of Oklahoma. He earned a bachelor's degree in Multidisciplinary Studies from OU in 2008. Matt started his professional career at OU in Development as an Assistant Director of President’s Associates. He served in that role from January of 2015 until October of 2015 before becoming a Director of Development at Mewbourne College of Earth and Energy, where he served until March of 2016 when he assumed the role of Director of President’s Associates. During his undergraduate years at the University, Matt worked as a Student Assistant in the Sports Information Department. During his tenure with Sports Information, he won national College Sports Information Directors of America awards for his media guide in wrestling. He was also the head SID for men’s tennis. Matt spearheaded the sports department at The Purcell Register for six years upon graduation from OU. Under his direction, the newspaper received numerous first place awards in various statewide newspaper sports contests, including the Sequoyah Award, which is the highest overall award the Oklahoma Press Association gives to newspapers in each class in the state. He is married to the former Caitlin Rother. Caitlin is the Director of Student Programs in the OU Alumni Association. The couple resides in Norman.
Billie Wages, Assistant Director, Donor Operations

Billie Wages grew up in Coffeyville, Kansas, and graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies. She spent 15 years working as a comptroller for an independent oil and gas company. In 2003, she began a new career at the University of Oklahoma as a gift accounting specialist in Donor Operations/President’s Associates within University Development. In September 2011, she was promoted to Assistant Director of Donor Operations while maintaining the President’s Associates accounting responsibilities. In September 2014, she joined the President's Associates team in a full-time capacity as Assistant Director. Currently, she lives in Norman with her husband, who is retired from the State of Oklahoma Military Department and the United States Air Force. She has two sons who are both OU graduates. Her eldest son, Joshua, has a B.S. in Mathematics Education, an M.S. in Mathematics and an M.S. in Biostatistics. Her youngest son, Nathan, has a B.S. in Multidisciplinary Studies, an M.S. in Health & Exercise Science and a Ph.D. in Health & Exercise Science. She serves on the board for Bethesda of Norman and actively supports the Women’s Resource Center and Special Olympics.
Navid Shafaie-Ardakani, Assistant Director

Navid Shafaie-Ardakani joined President’s Associates as Assistant Director in August of 2017. Navid, a Norman native, graduated from Norman High in 2008 and received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2016. The second-generation OU graduate majored in International Security Studies, with minors in Middle Eastern Studies and Political Science. As an undergrad, Navid worked as a Student Assistant in Student Affairs. Before joining President's Associates, he worked as a Research Assistant in the Mewbourne College of Earth and Energy.
Dylan Rodolf, Assistant Director

Dylan Rodolf graduated summa cum laude from the University of Oklahoma in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Letters and minors in both Constitutional Studies and International Area Studies. As an undergraduate, Dylan served as Chief of Staff for the Student Government Association in addition to participating in the President’s Leadership Class and Crimson Club. He is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa and was published in the Honors College Research Journal for his work on American history in the 1970s. Dylan joined the President’s Associates team in July 2018 as an assistant director.
