OU's Principal and Counselor Conference is the Office of Admissions & Recruitment's event designed to showcase what’s going on at the University of Oklahoma to local high school principals and counselors. We review the admissions process with them and provide tours so they are appropriately knowledgeable about OU for their students.

Scholars Day is designed for high school seniors to explore the premier scholastic opportunities at OU. This day is designed to help you fully see yourself as a student at OU by engaging with alumni, current students, faculty members in a mock lecture, and other exciting programs and resources at OU. In order to attend, you must meet specific academic criteria.

For: High school seniors with a 27+ ACT or 1280+ SAT

Join current students representing Latino Student Life for a weekend full of academic achievement programming like skills training, connecting to people on campus, and preparing for the transition from high school to college.

Students interested in attending Latinos Without Borders must complete the application linked below. If selected as a final participant, you will be notified via email.

Join Diversity Enrichment Programs for our third annual First Sooner event. Students who identify as first in their family to attend college will have the opportunity to meet with Student Life, discuss financial options, engage with current students, faculty and staff, and most importantly, learn why OU is the next stop in their story. We will also provide sessions for Spanish speaking families.

Please join the Omega Delta Phi Fraternity Inc., Xi Chapter for our annual 2019 Tomås Rivera Educational Empowerment (TREE) Conference! TREE is the largest Latino high school educational empowerment conference in the state of Oklahoma. Latino high school students will be provided with a variety of resources, which will assist them as they prepare to attend college.

The Weekend is one of OU Admission & Recruitment’s signature events coordinated by the National Team Admissions Counselors! Non-resident students and families from the state of Texas and across the U.S. will have the opportunity to experience a 2-day event. Students and families will meet with academic colleges, attend information sessions, meet with diversity representatives from the University, and get a full campus experience!

For: Non-resident, underrepresented high school seniors who have applied to OU for the fall 2020 semester
